Pricing
Prices are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of GST. Our prices are indicative of Brisbane metropolitan prices. If you find a product advertised at a lower price, please contact us with the details and we will investigate and endeavour to match that price (offer excludes sales or discontinued lines).
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Questions
Should you have any questions regarding your order, or any of our products, please contact us via email, all queries will be answered during business hours as soon as possible. Out of business hours, emails are checked regularly and will be attended to as required. All Queensland Public Holidays are gratefully observed, therefore, orders made on these days will be shipped the following business day.
Refunds and exchange
If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, or you find a gift unsuitable; you may return the item for a credit, or exchange within 14 days of purchase. The , credit or exchange will be to the value of the item, not including original delivery charges.
In the event an item appears to be faulty a refund can be given in lieu of a credit/exchange.
- We are unable to accept returns on SALE items, custom orders or seasonal items no longer in stock.
Please contact us prior to returning your item for refund/exchange. We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
